Mr. Fumio Inagaki is a custom knifemaker in Seki, and my longtime friend since he was working for Master Seizo Imai 30 years ago. After opening his own workshop, he is aggressively making unique hand-made knives from miniature knives to large Bowie type knives. Mr. Inagaki Knife is tough and wild as same as his personal characteristics!

FI-880 Samurai Hunter:  Fumio's best selling blades influenced from Traditional Japanese Samurai Katana with long blood-groove. He has used Swedish stainless steel "AEB-L" for the blades, originally developed in Sweden by Uddeholm for shaving razor. It's a tough steel with excellent cutting performance, and yet ease of maintenance and sharpening.

This Samurai Hunter series come with 3 different blade styles and sizes:
