Mr. Fumio Inagaki is a custom knifemaker in Seki, and my longtime friend since he was working for Master Seizo Imai 30 years ago. After opening his own workshop, he is aggressively attending many knife shows in Japan with his unique hand-made knives from miniature knives to large Bowie type knives. Mr. Inagaki's Knife is tough and wild as same as his personal characteristics!  

FI-460  ZDP Damascus Utility Hunter:  Rare Damascus blade with Premium Hitachi ZDP-189 powdered Hi-speed Tool steel core edge. We would like you to experience the extremely sharp and longer cutting performance of the ZDP-189 premium powdered Hi-speed Tool steel with a very high carbon (3.0%) and high chromium (20.0%) in Rockwell hardness HRc. 64+. It is getting harder to obtain this premium steel, and also is difficult to work with.
