Mr. Fumio Inagaki is a custom knifemaker in Seki, and my longtime friend since he was working for Master Seizo Imai 30 years ago. After opening his own workshop, he is aggressively attending many knife shows in Japan with his unique hand-made knives from miniature knives to large Bowie type knives. Mr. Inagaki's Knife is tough and wild as same as his personal characteristics!
We have sold out these two Folders with Hitachi ZDP-189 premium powdered Hi-speed Tool steel, and the steel is no longer available. As the alternative, Mr. Inagaki has completed the Stag handle one with ATS-34, another Hitachi premium steel.
