Mr. Fumio Inagaki is a custom knifemaker in Seki, and my longtime friend since he was working for Master Seizo Imai 30 years ago. After opening his own workshop, he is aggressively attending many knife shows in Japan with his unique hand-made knives from miniature knives to large Bowie type knives. Mr. Inagaki's Knife is tough and wild as same as his personal characteristics!  

FI-300 Cowry Utility Hunter:  We would like you to experience the extremely sharp and longer cutting performance of the Cowry-X premium powdered Hi-speed Tool steel with a very high carbon (3.0%) and high chromium (20.0%) in Rockwell hardness HRc. 64+. It is getting harder to obtain this premium steel, and also is difficult to work with.

3" Cowry-X mirror polished Hamaguri-ba (Convex) Drop point blade, 4-1/2" Hand rounded rare Pao-Rosa wood handle with Nickel silver hilt and spacers and lanyard on end, Hidden tang with two Nickel silver rivets,  Comes with custom made Leather sheath
